Registration and Annual Update Information

SRVUSD Annual Update

San Ramon Valley Unified parents are asked to complete an online “Annual Update” to verify household and emergency contact information and complete the annual release acknowledgement and permission requirements.

Complete the District Online Annual Update using your Parent Portal in Infinite Campus.

The Annual Update window for the 2019-20 school year is scheduled to open on Monday, June 17 for Twin Creeks Elementary School. Complete the district online Annual Update using your Parent Portal in Infinite Campus. To begin the process, click on the Annual Update link located in the bottom left corner of your Welcome page titled “Online Enrollment Annual Update”.

Only one Annual Update is required for each family at a primary address. You will receive a confirmation email following completion of the Annual Update process.

Twin Creek Registration

On-Site Registration Dates: Wednesday, August 7th in the MPR.

Twin Creek’s online registration link. 

  •  Complete your annual update. Twin Creeks Opens up in your parent portal June 17th  (DISTRICT ANNUAL UPDATE)
  •  Log in to Future Fund Registration Site  (It is open now) Twin Creeks Registration Site
  •  Come to onsite Twin Creeks Registration, Wednesday, August 7th anytime from 3:00pm to 7:00pm
  • Check your parent portal on August 12th after 12:00pm to find your assigned teacher and classroom number. (Class list will not be posted)

Visit the Volunteer Management System to update your information or to register to volunteer if you have not done so previously.




Picture will be taken at onsite registration August 7th in the Multi Purpose Room

Make Up Pictures and retakes  will be taken on Friday, September 20 during the school day.

Important Dates and Information


  • June 17th  -Parents will receive a message in their Parent Portal with a link to begin the Annual Update process. Parent Portal opens for you to update your child’s information.
  • July 30th Twin Creeks Online Registration through Future Fund also opens.(This website is not sponsored by the school.  Information provided on this website may be available to Parent Teacher Associations and other educational benefit foundations as well as school personnel as required.)
  • August 7 -Onsite Registration: Parents & students should attend to complete the registration process.  School Pictures will also be taken at this event. 3:00pm-7:00pm in the Multi Purpose Room (MPR)
  • August 12th -Parent Portal opens for parents to login and receive Teacher Assignment. Class lists will not be posted at school.
  • August  12th- Kinder Ice Cream Social 3:00-4:00pm/ MPR
  • August 13th -First Day of School – Minimum Day, check bell schedule for details 
  • August 14th - Adjusted Wednesday begins for all ... see bell schedule
  • August  14th - PTA Back to school coffee 8:00am in the MPR   
  • August 15th- Back to School Night  Classrooms and MPR 
  • August 15-23- Assessment days grade 1 and 2   (see Bell Schedule)
